Maintains a library on business methodology and Asian studies. Packages below-market-rate loans for housing rehabilitation in low-income neighborhoods. Acquires multiple-unit buildings for low-income and moderate-income residents. Call for residency information. Has 4 handicap accessible units (2 at 518 Minna Street and 2 at 2300 Van Ness), both of those properties have wheelchair accessible entrances.
