Provides outpatient alcohol and drug treatment programs for San Francisco residents, primarily in the Bayview Hunter's Point District. Provides substance abuse education, prevention and information, parenting classes and consultation to the community. Individual, group and family therapy is also provided.

Provides counseling and methadone treatment for heroin addicted adults. Outpatient Methadone Maintenance (OMM) provides long-term maintenance. Outpatient Methadone Detoxification (OMD) provides short-term (up to 21 days) maintenance.

The Alcohol and Other Drugs Program provides individual and group counseling services and acupuncture to individuals who are addicted to crack cocaine.

The 2010 HAP Manual has many changes that are not currently part of SFHomeless.net. The question is whether the wiki or the manual contains the most up to date information. The most efficient way to ensure the wiki has the best information is to add the 2010 HAP Manual text into its respective wiki agency page under a new section “2010 HAP Manual”. It will then be up to future wiki users to determine whether and how to update the agency page with the new information.
