Offers low-cost apartments for up to 66 residents who are low-income persons with disabling HIV/AIDS. Services include case management, 24-hour security and emergency assistance. Residents may participate in art and photography classes in-house, and may also make use of in-house library, gym, video loan program. There are 61 residential apartments (including 5 two-bedroom units). All units have kitchens and bathrooms.

Eligibility requirement: $15,200 maximum annual income. Applicants must be able to provide documentation of diagnosis, verification of San Francisco residency and income, TB screening, and be able to maintain a high degree of independence. Applicants must be referred through the Housing Wait List at 415-487-8040.
