Client Advocate should call to schedule an appointment.
Eighteen month transitional housing program (20 beds) with social services for young men and women, ages 18-23. Targets older youth with high risk history, including homelessness, family violence, substance abuse, HIV disease and street exploitation. Develops action plan to address an individual's needs, then coordinates services. Program fees: 30% of income. 30% is put into a savings account which is returned when leaving program.
