Owns and operates subsidized housing for homeless individuals. Tenants pay approximately 30% of their income. Requires letter of verification of homeless situation from homeless agency. Support services are available at each residence and the organization operates an employment training program.

Applications for housing accepted at Senator Residence, 519 Ellis Street (between Hyde and Leavenworth) on Tuesdays (applicants can sign up for interviews starting at 7am on Tuesdays). Only the first 12 applicants are seen. Applications not taken any other time. Spanish. Wheelchair accessible.
