Long-Term Housing: Lyric and Midori are in the Tenderloin. The El Dorado is South of Market.

Conard House provides both transitional and long-term housing programs.
Services include money management, representative payee and income advocacy services, assistance in maintaining stable housing, support without psychiatric treatment, community events and groups (participation is voluntary).
Case Managers available M-F, 9am to 7pm.
Overnight and weekend on-site desk clerks. No curfews.
Transitional program rent is 30% of income plus $86.00 in program fees monthly.
Long-term housing rents vary; always below market rate.

Homeless persons with serious and persistent psychiatric disabilities. Persons soon to be discharge from residential programs qualify as homeless. Community Program Placement Team approval necessary.

3* Intake Procedure

Referrals to housing are through the Community Program Placement Team.
If you currently have a mental health care provider, request they refer you through the Placement Team at (415) 401-2639.
If you have no provider, you can contact ACCESS at 1-888-246-3333. An intake interview will be arranged following Placement Team approval.

All admissions to the Lyric are handled by the Shelter Plus Care program.
There are also ten Shelter Plus Care rooms available at the Midori and the El Dorado.

Admission to Long-Term Housing is open to clients exiting Conard Transitional Housing.
4* Operates nine (9) Supportive Housing Programs

The Washburn Residence is a 24-month transitional program. The El Dorado, Jordan Apartments, McAllister Hotel, Midori, Lyric, Plaza Apartments, Allen and Aranda Hotels provide long-term housing. The McAllister, Allen and Aranda Hotels are funded under Human Services Agency; the first two SRO case management housing sites are operated as permanent supportive housing (PSH) while the Aranda is a transitional housing site.
All residents have private rooms, shared restroom and bathing facilities with access to shared community space for meetings, social activities and group therapy.
