Serves victims of domestic violence and victims of violent crime. Crisis intervention, options counseling and referrals. Provides advocacy for victims who choose to go through the criminal justice system. Clients should call either the administration office or the Hall of Justice office for appointment/referral. Also, training for social service agency workers and medical personnel. No fees. Cantonese, Spanish, Tagalog. Wheelchair accessible.
