SDI is a wage loss program providing benefits based on prior California earnings to applicants who can not perform their regular and customary work due to an injury, illness, or pregnancy. Form: A DE 2501 (Claim for State Disability Insurance (SDI) benefits) must be completed.

2013-2014 HAP Manual UpdatesEdit

The 2013-2014 HAP Manual has many changes that are not currently part of SFHomeless.net. The question is whether the wiki or the manual contains the most up to date information. The most efficient way to ensure the wiki has the best information is to add the 2013-2014 HAP Manual text into its respective wiki agency page under a new section “2013-2014 HAP Manual Updates”. It will then be up to future wiki users to determine whether and how to update the agency page with the new information.

State Department that processes unemployment insurance claims, disability insurance claims, and paid family leave claims for those who take time off from work to care for a disabled family member. Most benefit claims can be filed online. Also provides job training information and resources for the unemployed online and through a network of San Francisco One Stop Career Centers.
