HIV Testing hours: M, T, W: 6pm-8pm

Provides medical services in a managed care environment (Blue Cross of California and Community Health Network). Services include: primary care, family planning, pregnancy tests, pediatrics, adolescent, adult and senior medicine, HIV services, cardiology, podiatry, nutrition, x-ray, pharmacy and lab.

La Clinica Esperanza focuses on Latinos who are living with HIV infection. Services include: medical treatment, case management, relapse counseling, benefit counseling, health education, condom distribution, advocacy, information and referral, nutrition counseling and clinical trials/treatment advocacy. Prevention Case Management (PCM) Services include case management for youth (age 13-21) and adults, anonymous and confidential HIV antibody testing and street outreach focused on the Latino community.

Sliding Fee Schedule based on income and family size; Medi-Cal; Medicare; Private insurance, Healthy Families, S.F. Health Plan. Medi-Cal, Medicare and Healthy Families application assistance available. Languages Spoken: Spanish, French, Portuguese, and English. Chinese and Tagalog interpreters are available.
