Provides high-quality counseling, education and vocational development, and drug treatment services to high-risk youth and young adults. The primary focus and service provided is substance abuse treatment. This is an outpatient program. There are special program/groups for adolescents, women, men, and criminal justice clients. Also, provides adolescent mental health counseling. There is a sliding fee scale based on income and other factors. There is payment assistance. Preferred for clients to be referred. Drop in is accepted. Language spoken: Spanish
