M-F: 8am-5pm; 24-hour infant or residential care

Residential care for adolescent girls, some of whom are pregnant or with diagnosed emotional problems; residential care for infants exposed in-utero to drugs and/or alcohol.

Eligibility: must be screened by social work staff, infants placed through the San Francisco Department of Human Services. Spanish. No fee to California residents if placed by County or private placement paid by State.

Offers transitional housing for individuals age 18 or over, with or without children, who have been clean and sober for 4-6 months.

Offers in-home case management for at-risk families with a child under age 3. The program lasts for one year.
