A multi-service adult day health center for residents of the northeast of San Francisco. Provides comprehensive services to frail elders and individuals (age 18 or over) with a disability, which enable them to remain at home as long as possible. Services include rehabilitation, nursing and personal care, van transportation to and from the center, social and recreational activities and a hot noon meal.
