The Salvation Army's Railton Place is a 110 unit transitional and permanent residence for adults. Of these units, 20 will be provided to young adults ages 18-24 who have aged out of the foster care system.  Another 90 units will be available to chronically homeless adults and veterans. Each resident gets their own fully furnished studio apartment with free cable television.  Program services include case management, substance abuse counseling, mental health therapy, money management, and help with education and gaining employment.  Residents also have easy access to the Ray & Joan Kroc Corps Community Center located next door.
