Provides recreation and leisure services for individuals of all ages and all types of disabilities at the main facility. Activities may include arts, crafts, music, drama, adult education classes, computer skills, adapted sports and swimming and community outings. Transportation and meals are provided for most programs. Social services are offered to any clients who needs assistance with placement at the agency, referral, advocacy or coordination of services with other community agencies.
Services for youth (age 7-22) include after school programs, holiday and summer programs and residential camping. Meals and transportation are provided for most programs.
Offers weekend respite care services at the San Francisco facility for individuals with disabilities who reside in the Bay Area (age 5 or over), providing 24-hour-a-day supervision and age appropriate activities. Provides either the weekend program, Friday evening through Sunday evening program, or the single day program on each Saturday from 10am to 4pm.
Offers daily public, therapeutic swimming at the indoor adapted and heated pool housed at the San Francisco facility. Also provides weekly parent/child and family swimming and adult therapeutic swimming programs to the general public.
