Acts as a liaison between the residents of San Francisco and both US Dept. of Veterans Affairs and California Dept. of Veterans Affairs. Established 1993. Locally funded by city and county. Has information on compensation, pension, education, life insurance, medical treatment, home loans, burial benefits, discharge upgrading, survivor benefit plan, and the California Veterans' Home of Yountville, Barstow and Chula Vista.
