Provides health care services and population-based public health services. Some, but not all of the services include primary care; immunization; cancer screening for women; pregnancy tests; health education; HIV clinic and lab; substance abuse counseling, social work services. Call the District Health Center nearest your home. Hospital services are available at San Francisco General Hospital and skilled nursing is available through Laguna Honda Hospital and Rehabilitation Center. Sliding scale fee. Medi-Cal and private insurance accepted.
