Please bring referral from agency requesting TB test.

Tuberculosis control and clinic; diagnosis, treatment, prevention and education. Must be a resident of San Francisco, or have a provider referral and/or call for further information. Target at-risk populations are: the homeless, substance abusing patients, those at risk for HIV or who are infected with HIV, those who have contacts to active cases of TB, those foreign born in the US within the last five years, and providers of these groups.

No fees, but if persons have third party payers, let programs know. Medical and Medicare recipients registered and those who wish to process eligibility for these programs are assisted in doing so.

All suspected and confirmed cases of TB MUST be reported to the DPH within one working day by calling and/or faxing reports to 415-648-8369.
