Provides medical social services for SFGH in-patients, emergency patients and out-patients. Also offers Information about housing, shelter and other community services. Some vouchers for transportation may be available depending on medical situation (note from doctor is helpful). For assistance, stop by the office or ask for the social worker at the department where receiving medical services. Wheelchair accessible. Interpreters available.
