Offers advice on all landlord/tenant problems such as evictions, repairs, rent increases, etc. Publishes an inexpensive tenant's handbook with legal information, available to members. Annual dues vary according to income. Provides telephone advice to members. Non-members are seen on a drop-in basis only. No one turned away for lack of funds.
