Provides veterans primary medical care, laboratory services, physicals, immunizations, social work, referrals and specialty services, health screening and education, pharmacy, and medical advice nurse. Also, social service referrals, health maintenance and promotion, group education and counseling, and VA benefits assistance are provided for homeless veterans.

Provides veterans psychiatric outpatient care, day treatment center, intensive psychiatric community care, substance abuse services, group and individual counseling, and PTSD treatment.

[edit] Compensated Work Therapy/ Transitional Residences/ Veterans Program

Provides: employment planning, job search assistance and referral, case management, and paid work experience.
