Also offers nutrition counseling, social work services and health education. Provides primary care with referral to specialists when necessary. Includes social services, referral to other community services and translator services. Sliding scale and Medi-Cal/Medicare. Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish, Tagalog, Vietnamese, and Cambodian. Serves residents of the City and County of San Francisco. Outpatient ClinicProvides primary medical care, HIV Social Services, and psychiatric consultations to HIV patients.
