Creates and maintains quality, low-income, senior and single-room-occupancy housing with accompanying recreational and social services to improve the South of Market community. Eligibility: For senior/low income housing, must be at least 62 years of age or have a disability and be low-income; for SRO housing, must be at least 18 years of age and low-income; for programs, must be South of Market area resident.
