Educational and summer recreational programs, employment and occupational training, career assessment and placement, educational referrals and tutorials. Must be San Francisco resident, 18-55 years old, focus on residents of Bayview Hunters Point. No cost. Also runs the Mayor's Youth Employment and Education Program for ages 14-19 years old, must be in school and have a minimum of a 2.0 grade point average. This program serves 50 youth per year. 2 hours of after school employment, life skills, and job readiness. Also offers the Private Industry Council (PIC) on the job training program for those age 22 and over, serving 60 participants per year.
